Let me ask, what's the main purpose for you to plan then work the project "White Sand Manila Bay"? Is it to show this off to many people most probably tourists? Well yeah the looks of the Manila bay right now is S-class, but instead of turning Manila bay into S-class, why not use the money consumed by it to your people who's right now suffering in this horrible pandemic.
Some government projects aren't applicable to the current situation. It can be strategic, at the same time, it can be a gamble. How people perceive this depends on a case to case basis.

I find the white sand project of his to be particularly unnecessary as he could have used the money for more beneficial tactics. I appreciate how evident your concern is towards the country and I salute you for identifying and suggesting solutions to problems like this with logical ease.

I cannot think of a reason why would they do this time where a lot of Filipinos are starving and dying. Hopefully, the Government will prioritize this pandemic and we will go back to our normal lives again. God Bless!
ReplyDeleteGreat message to the President! I agree that the overlaying of crushed dolomite boulders along the Manila Bay is a big no, not to mention the pandemic isn't over yet. Many Filipinos are still suffering due to the challenges that COVID-19 brought. I hope our President is willing to listen to his people and visualize what our country needs.

Many Filipinos are disappointed with the president's poor decisions, one of which is the implementation of the white sand project in Manila Bay that is truly unnecessary given the fact that we are in a pandemic. Just like you, I also think that the government leaders should treat the current health crisis as priority and give utmost importance in searching for effective solutions.
